As all of my crochet bags are handmade to order or produced in small batches, I do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.

Please read all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, I'm always happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. I will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement where appropriate.
